Privacy Policy
Effective October 7, 2026
CSUSA Security (“CSUSA,” “we,” “us”) provides licensed private security services. This policy explains what information we collect through csusasecurity.com and our landing pages, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, a consultation or a callback, we collect what you enter in the form: for example your name, email address, phone number, company, the service you need, your event date, guest count, city or venue, and any message you write. If you call us, we receive your phone number and what you tell us on the call.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we and our advertising and analytics partners collect information such as the pages you view, the ad or link that brought you here (including Google Ads click IDs and campaign tags), your browser and device type, your approximate location based on IP address, and how you interact with the page.
Chat. If you use the chat on our website, we keep the conversation so our team can follow up.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, prepare a quote and provide security services.
- To contact you by phone, text or email about your request.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website, including which ads lead to inquiries.
- To keep our site secure and prevent spam and fraud.
- To meet legal, licensing and record-keeping obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under contracts that limit how they may use it. These include:
- HubSpot, our customer relationship management system, which stores form submissions.
- Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) and LinkedIn, which measure our advertising and website traffic.
- Our website hosting and communications providers.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer.
Our advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to measure ad results and may use them to show you our ads on other sites. Under California law, this can be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out as described below.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can limit personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com and opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email, and out of texts by replying STOP.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it; to request a copy of it; to ask us to correct or delete it; and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
To make a request, email info@csusasecurity.com or call (800) 936-6690. We will verify your request before acting on it. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, and meet our legal and licensing obligations, then delete or de-identify them.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
