These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of csusasecurity.com and any other website or page operated by CSUSA Security that links to these Terms (together, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Site Is Not a Contract for Services

The Site provides general information about CSUSA Security and the services we offer. Security services are provided only under a written agreement signed by CSUSA and the client, and that agreement controls the scope, pricing, responsibilities and limitations of the services. Descriptions of services, examples, estimates and other content on the Site are not offers, guarantees or commitments, and services described on the Site may not be available in every location.

No security service can eliminate all risk. Nothing on the Site is a promise that any particular incident, loss or harm will be prevented, and Site content is not a substitute for a security assessment of your specific property or situation.

Submitting a form, calling or emailing us does not create a client relationship or obligate either of us to enter into an agreement.

2. Who May Use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it.

3. Information You Submit

You agree that information you submit through the Site is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Do not send confidential security details, such as alarm codes, passwords or access credentials, through the Site. Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

If you send us suggestions or feedback about the Site or our services, we may use them without any obligation to you.

4. Our Content and Trademarks

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, photographs, video, logos and the CSUSA name, are owned by or licensed to CSUSA Security and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print Site pages for your own information or for evaluating our services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, republish or use Site content or our trademarks for any other purpose without our written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• submit false information or impersonate any person or organization;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems, or probe, scan or test their vulnerabilities;
• introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code, or interfere with the Site's operation;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access or collect content from the Site, except for search engines indexing public pages;
• send spam or unsolicited commercial messages through the Site's forms.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or use services operated by others, such as social media sites, maps and advertising platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSUSA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSUSA and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This section applies to your use of the Site only; liability for security services is governed by the applicable services agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CSUSA and its officers, employees and agents from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to the Site and These Terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and CSUSA regarding the Site; they do not replace or modify any services agreement.
